It’s incredible to see someone go from second-guessing every decision to owning their expertise and leading with confidence.
When an agent finally realises they have everything it takes to be a top performer, that’s a magic moment.

4. The pushback (Yes, really!)
Believe it or not, I love it when clients push back.

Some of my best coaching moments have come from those discussions—where we refine an approach to suit them perfectly.
Pushback means they’re invested, and that’s exactly where I want them to be.
5. Seeing agents ‘graduate’ to independence
One of my favourite things is when a client finishes coaching with me because they no longer need it.
That’s real success.
It means they’ve implemented the strategy and mastered the systems and built the confidence to run their business at the highest level—without me by their side.
While I’ll always be there if they need a sounding board, seeing them step into their own power and continue to thrive is the ultimate reward.
