When I set out to create the LEADER Conference, I didn’t want to create just another conference. I wanted to create a catalyst.
A catalyst for change.

That’s WHY I created LEADER.
I could see the gap.
Agents and business owners had access to training, inspiration and education, but what we didn’t have was a space solely focused on leadership.
Not just the idea of leadership, but the real, actionable kind that transforms teams, businesses, and lives.
LEADER was born out of that vision—to gather the brightest minds, the boldest thinkers and the most driven performers in one room, and equip them to lead with clarity, confidence and conviction.

Something that’s always baffled me is how separate the sales and property management sides of our industry can be.
We often act like they’re two completely different worlds—but in reality, they’re two sides of the same coin.
